ok. is possible to mess angle with that kits? or those align plates are workong fine?

You can always mess up. If you are not sure and you sound like you are really uncertain of your own skills, just bring the damn block to a shop. Will probably cost less than you expect.

its not about cost, but block needs to be bare, without internals, when sending to a shop?

My issue was no local machine shop would do it. Had to just send it

At this point...I'm thinking about running one of the ARP kits from that come with the 9mm studs on the corners so that I don't have the machine the block. It's got to be better than the oem head bolts....and if I'm only making around 600hp, I don't see why that wouldn't be fine....

My input based on my experience so far:

On my build engine I went initially with stock head bolts.
At around 750whp the head lifted at cyl 6 next to the M9 head bolt.

Decided to order the Full M11 ARP studs from Billiam which are exactly the same from VAC and are advertised for way too much money(700 euro).
Installed the studs together with NS300L inserts from Huhn Solutions.
Since then all is fine as I made 927HP at the crank.
Coolant pressure is stable as well all the time.

FWIW I have multiple full M11 studs available.
These are the same as the ones advertised from HCR.
All studs are heat treated as well.
Thread on the block side is 55mm instead of 35mm (only) from the ARP ones.

Let me know if anyone would be interested.
Price for them is: 499 euro
Could I get all of the dimensions for the bolts, Total Length, Thread Length Block Side, Thread Length Head side.

Not sure if there is any truth to this or not.....but I saw someone online say that the stud kids for the new mustang Coyote V8 engines will work for the N54's? They didn't provide any details of dimensions....so who knows.

Anyone else heard that?
